How to Register

When:

White Stag Leadership 2012 is Sunday August 5th, to Saturday August 11th, 2012
Driving time from Oakland is around 3 hours; distance is 120 miles.  Carpooling is highly encouraged.

Early registration ends April 1. Final registration deadline is July 15!

Cost:

$250 if paid in full by April 1, 2012
$275 after April 1st, 2012.  Registration deadline is July 15, 2012.

Discounts: only one discount available per candidate (camper).

• Sibling Discount

$25 discount for sibling participants.  Indicate names of siblings on each camper’s Registration Form.

• or Referral Discount

$25 referral discount if your recruit 2 other new candidates/campers to participate.  Indicate names of referrals on camper’s Registration Form.

• or Troop and Club Discount

$25 discount if 5 or more campers come from the troop, unit, or club.  Indicate names of members on each Camper’s Registration Form.

Here’s how to register:

  1. Please complete the Registration Form (online or printed), the Medical Form, and the Emergency Contact Form. New this year: Register Online!

  2. Also new this year: Pay Online Securely Using PayPal

  3. We request each camper to write a neat handwritten short essay for us.  The topic is: “What kind of leader am I now, and how do others see me?”

  4. Mail in the following:

    1. Your completed registration form (unless you register online)
    2. BSA Health Medical Record Part A, B, and C, along with a copy of your insurance card
    3. Optional California Dreamin’ form
    4. Payment (unless you pay online)
    5. Your handwritten essay (#3 above)
    6. A photo of the candidate (for camp purposes only)

  • Download just the 1-page Candidate Registration Form
    (to print and mail it in).

  • Download the 1-page California Dreamin’ Form
    (if you are participating in the Girl Scout California Dreamin’ Camporee before White Stag, and want to take part in our special “California Dreamin’ Goes to White Stag” activities.)

  • Download the entire 16-page White Stag Leadership Camp Package
    (which includes both of the above forms).

  • Download the Medical Form (This must be printed and mailed in, even if you register online.)

  • Download the Emergency Contact Form.
    (This too must be printed and mailed in, even if you register online.)
