White Stag Venture Crew 122 is staffed by a large cadre of dedicated hard-working volunteers. There are no paid staff in this program. There are adult staff for the Crew as a whole, and for each Phase. There are youth staff who assist the adult staff for each phase. Being on youth staff is part of the overall leadership development training cycle.

In addition to the summer camp, most of these staff members —youth and adult— participate in ten weekend campouts during the course of the year, to plan and prepare for the summer camp. These weekends are a significant part of the youth training program for the youth staff.

White Stag Crew Staff:

Director: Liz Nunn-Gage (director@whitestagcrew122.org)

The Director oversees the planning and running of the entire Summer Program, as well as the fall Indaba gathering and related activities. 

Assistant Director: Chris Zimmerman

The Assistant Director assists the Director with the planning and running of the entire Summer Program and related activities. 

QM: Quarter Masters: Victor Ageev and C.J. Veetch

The QMs oversee all the supplies and equipment for the summer camp.

Head Cookie: Maria Ageev (cookie@whitestagcrew122.org)

The Head Cookie coordinates the multiple menues of the three phases and the crew staff for the week of summer camp, along with the ordering, shopping, and setting up and managing the kitchen for the week.

Registrar: Linda Locke (registrar@whitestagcrew122.org)

The Registrar handles all of the paperwork and record keeping for camper and staff registration, and rechartering the three units within GYC BSA.

Treasurer: Carolyn Lake

The Tresurer handles all of the financial transactions and record keeping for registration fees, as well as overall finances for the summer program and White Stag Venture Crew 122. (The White Stag Association has its own Treasurer.)

Nurse: Mary Anne Lindahl (nurse@whitestagcrew122.org)

The Nurse makes sure everyone has their required medical forms and handles all medications, medical issues and basic healthcare for the summer program.

Additional Volunteers:

The Directors, QM, Head Cookie and other Crew Staff all depend on numerous additional volunteer staff to help with the many tasks of organizing and running the week-long Summer Camp Program, as well as the fall Indaba gathering and the year-round tasks of White Stag Venture Crew 122 and the White Stag Association.
